You can’t ask people to protect something they do not know
— Ana Lagos

Creating awareness for the open ocean in Mexico is a fundamental aspect of Pelagic Life. We strive to spread our message of the beauties and challenges that our oceans face today.

We have concluded that the most effective way to communicate the current state is through live presentations to a diverse set of crowds.

From small schools in Mexico to high profile events like TedxTalks. If you are interested in giving a presentation or inviting us to give it please send us an email to info@pelagiclife.com

Jerónimo Prieto (´05) and Ana Isabel Lagos (´05) made their lane change under water. What begun as a passion for diving in the open waters, turned into a documentary of Mexico's privileged marine world. That endeavor became a foundation that has already impacted the economic orientation of a region, aiding wildlife and diversity inside our oceans.

Fundación Carlos Slim was kind enough to lend us an iconic venue for the night. Pelagic Life held a fundraiser at Museo Soumaya in Mexico City. The event consisted of a photographic exhibit with around 60 images, and a presentation of Pelagic Life's projects and updates. Over 700 guests showed up, and they were all entertained with a top notch catering service.
